It's the astonishing scale of things in and around the interweb that never ceases to amaze me. I've just noticed that my pageviews have ticked around to 1,7000.

So on 17,000 separate occasions somebody somewhere has taken a moment or two out their hectic schedule to look at one of my images.

So, dear friends,

Autumn Colored Days

Color is a big deal to me.
It's the way I order things and the way I remember things.

As we (northern hemisphere dwellers) are approaching this lovely colorful season, here are some autumn-ish colored images from my collections. Big thanks to all these people for sharing their talent & gorgeous colors!

what's in a name?

I've been pondering on this one pretty much since I began to use the pseudonym pentangled. It kinda stuck,and now about 10 years on I'm wondering if it's "me", or if I'll choose a new direction. My choice is simple - either stick with the word that (surprisingly many) people seem to have trouble pronouncing, or revert to the name I've been known by for most of my life: Penn Gregory. OR something else altogether! (choices choices choices... suggestions welcomed!)

I guess my reasoning for changing being, as I plan to pursue my creativity in a career-wards direction,I feel like I should stop being so darned non-committal and settle on a name that gives at least a suggestion of my style and type of art, and without giving a misleading image.

If you could spare a mo to share your thoughts I'd be really interested to hear them. I trust you guys!

I'm off on my holidays at some unearthly hour tomorrow morning, and away for 2 glorious whole weeks! Yippee Skippee!
